The Worn

The Worn is an Adventure Path designed for Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition. 

Players take on the role of inmates at a high-security prison, clueless as to how they got here. They must team up with some unlikely allies to uncover how they landed themselves in prison --- and how to escape.
